Zelio Routines (“the App”) is a privacy-focused reminder and routine tracking app designed to work primarily on your device. Your data is yours.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Zelio.

1. Information We Collect

Zelio does not require you to create an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location.

We do not collect:

  • Personal identifiers
  • Contact information
  • Usage tracking data
  • Advertising identifiers
  • Analytics linked to you
  • Health data sent to external servers

2. Data Stored on Your Device

All reminders, routines, notes, completion logs, and related data are stored locally on your device using Apple’s system storage.

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud sync.

3. iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you choose to enable iCloud syncing:

  • Your data may be stored securely in your personal iCloud account
  • Syncing is handled entirely by Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services
  • Zelio does not have access to your iCloud account or Apple ID

iCloud data is governed by Apple’s privacy and security policies.

4. Notifications

Zelio uses local notifications to remind you of scheduled tasks, routines, and reminders.

Notification content is generated on your device and is not transmitted to any external servers.

5. Purchases and Payments

Zelio may offer paid features through Apple’s App Store.

  • All payments are processed by Apple
  • Zelio does not collect or store payment information
  • Apple may collect payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy

6. Third-Party Services

Zelio does not use:

  • Third-party advertising networks
  • Third-party analytics services
  • Tracking SDKs

Any system-level services used (such as iCloud or App Store purchases) are provided by Apple and governed by Apple’s privacy policies.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Zelio does not retain your data outside of your device or iCloud.

You can delete all locally stored data by deleting the app from your device.

If iCloud sync is enabled, data stored in iCloud can be managed or deleted through your iCloud account settings.

8. Children’s Privacy

Zelio is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the app or legal requirements.

Any updates will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
