1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Zelio Routines (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
Zelio Routines is a productivity application designed to help users create, schedule, and track personal routines and reminders.
The App is available to download and use for free, with certain features and functionality available through an optional Zelio Pro subscription.
Zelio Routines:
• Does not require account creation
• Provides a free tier with optional paid Pro features
• Stores routine data locally on your device
3. License
When you download or use Zelio Routines through the Apple App Store, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or redistribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the App for unlawful purposes
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases and Subscriptions
Zelio is available as a free app with optional paid features.
Free Version
The free version of Zelio allows users to create and use up to 3 routines. Certain features and functionality may require Zelio Pro.
Zelio Pro
Zelio Pro is available through an auto-renewable monthly subscription purchased through Apple’s App Store.
The current subscription price and billing period are displayed in the App before purchase and in the App Store purchase confirmation screen. Prices may vary by country or region and may change in accordance with Apple’s App Store policies.
Payment will be charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your Zelio Pro subscription automatically renews at the end of each subscription period unless it is canceled in accordance with Apple’s subscription policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Canceling a subscription does not immediately remove Zelio Pro access. You will continue to have access to Zelio Pro through the end of your current paid subscription period. After the subscription expires, your access will return to the free version of Zelio.
If you have more routines than the free version currently allows when your Zelio Pro subscription expires, Zelio will not intentionally delete your existing routines solely because your subscription expired. However, you may be prevented from creating additional routines or using certain Pro features unless you reduce your usage to the free-tier limits or resubscribe.
Legacy Lifetime Purchases
Users who previously purchased Zelio’s one-time Full Access or lifetime unlock before the transition to the Zelio Pro subscription model will retain the access associated with that purchase, subject to these Terms and applicable App Store policies.
Legacy lifetime purchases are not converted into recurring subscriptions, and users who previously purchased eligible lifetime access are not required to purchase Zelio Pro Monthly to retain the access granted by their original purchase.
Restore Purchases
Eligible purchases and subscriptions may be restored using the Restore Purchases feature within Zelio, subject to Apple’s App Store purchase and account systems.
Refunds
Purchases made through Apple’s App Store are processed by Apple. Refund requests and refund eligibility are subject to Apple’s applicable policies and procedures. Zelio does not directly process App Store payments or issue App Store refunds.
5. Data and Privacy
Zelio Routines stores your routine data locally on your device.
We do not:
Create user accounts
Sell user data
Require personal information to use the App

6. Disclaimer
Zelio Routines is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will be error-free
The App will be uninterrupted
The App will meet all user expectations
You use the App at your own discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zelio Routines and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
8. Updates and Changes
We may update or improve the App over time.
We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Third-Party Services
Zelio relies on certain third-party services to provide portions of the App’s functionality.
Purchases and subscriptions on iOS are processed through Apple’s App Store. Zelio also uses RevenueCat to help manage purchases, subscription status, and access to paid features.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable terms and policies of those service providers.
Zelio is not responsible for interruptions, changes, or unavailability caused by third-party platforms or services that are outside of Zelio’s reasonable control.
10. Apple App Store Terms
If you download or use Zelio through Apple’s App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and conditions.
Unless a separate custom End User License Agreement is provided, Zelio is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):

If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s applicable terms regarding your use of the App or an App Store purchase, Apple’s applicable terms will govern to the extent required.
