By downloading or using Zelio Routines (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Zelio Routines is a productivity application designed to help users create, schedule, and track personal routines and reminders.

The App is sold as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store.

Zelio Routines:

  • Does not require account creation

  • Does not require a subscription

  • Stores routine data locally on your device

3. License

When you purchase Zelio Routines through the Apple App Store, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or redistribute the App

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

4. Payments

Zelio Routines is sold as a one-time purchase.

All payments are processed through Apple.
Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policies.

We do not collect or store payment information.

5. Data and Privacy

Zelio Routines stores your routine data locally on your device.

We do not:

  • Create user accounts

  • Sell user data

  • Require personal information to use the App

6. Disclaimer

Zelio Routines is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be error-free

  • The App will be uninterrupted

  • The App will meet all user expectations

You use the App at your own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zelio Routines and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update or improve the App over time.

We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
